This Equilibar Vacuum Regulator functioned even after exposure to severe dust and fibers. The unique design of the Equilibar vacuum regulator combined with the rugged bar stock construction combine to allow reliable operation in severe service conditions. A 2 inch port size vacuum regulator made from carbon steel bar stock is shown. Most Equilibar vacuum regulators are available in stainless steel 316/316L dual certified material. Wetted soft goods options include PTFE, PEEK, and FKM.

Another big advantage of Equilibar regulators is how simple they are to disassemble and rebuild. There are no complicated assemblies to put back together, just a body, diaphragm, and o rings.
