Good News! This summer, we are celebrating our tenth anniversary here at Equilibar.
We marked this huge milestone with a cake-cutting celebration featuring Equilibar Founder Jeff Jennings and Julie Detmering, our amazing customer service manager who has been with us for all ten years.

It was just after Memorial Day in 2007 that Jeff moved his start-up business out of the basement into a manufacturing and testing facility near Asheville, NC.
During the past decade, Equilibar has grown rapidly. We have gone from a few employees working in a corner of the building to a dynamic global company known for superior pressure control and exceptional customer response. Our signature dome-loaded multiple-orifice back pressure regulator is recognized as the industry leader. 
Equilibar’s product line has expanded to include vacuum regulators, electronic valves, blockage resistant valves, pressure reducing regulators, sanitary regulators, and more. As we move beyond our tenth year, we continue to expand our offerings to meet the needs of even more applications in more diverse fields. Every day, our talented engineers are actively working on developing new technology.
Over the years we have been honored to work with creative scientists and engineers in a wide range of fields including sustainable energy, biopharma, supercritical extraction, food packaging, and clean water. It has been gratifying to be a part of so many important endeavors that have helped make the world a better place.
We look forward to continuing to find new ways of taking fluid control to the next level, accomplishing things that were once thought impossible.
