In agreement with Equilibar’ Export Compliance Policy and the United States Government, this company agrees to not sell to and/or send Equilibar products to any countries on the US Denied Parties List which includes but is not limited to the US Embargo List and Sanctioned Countries. If you are unsure if your customer is on the Denied Parties List, please feel free to contact Equilibar and we will be happy to check. Equilibar ensures that all shipments are done in accordance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and any diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. To maintain this compliance, we must have the following on file for every order for each application. If your order is for the same application, please contact the Sales Department and request a blanket export compliance form. Please answer the following:
