Equilibar ensures that all shipments are done in accordance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and any diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. In order to maintain this compliance, it is essential that Equilibar know the following information regarding your order. If you are not comfortable releasing this information, Equilibar is willing to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement with your company upon request.
