Computer Automation of Vacuum

Using the Equilibar Vacuum Regulator
with Electronic Vacuum Regulator

It is easy to acheive computer automation with the Equilibar® Vacuum Regulator. Simply combine one of our Equilibar Vacuum Regulators with an electronic vacuum regulator (also called electronic pressure regulator or electro-pneumatic regulators for the vacuum range).

EPRs are generally available for vacuum in the range of 0-30 inHg, though special ranges are also available. Also available are electronic vacuum regulators with absolute pressure range.

Equilibar represents high precision electronic pressure regulators from Proportion-Air.

Computer Automation using Electronic Vacuum Regulators

Electronic pressure regulators (EPRs) can provide a precise set-point for the Equilibar Vacuum Regulator. A 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC signal is typically used to command your desired vacuum pressures. The Equilibar Vacuum Regulator matches your process vacuum pressure 1:1 to that from the EPR.
