Electronic Pressure Regulators
Equilibar is proud to represent electronic pressure regulators by Proportion-Air, an innovative leader in precision elecronic pressure control.
100% designed and manufactured in the USA, Proportion-Air is able to quickly customize pressure controllers for virtually any application.
Also called electro-pneumatic, I/P, or E/P regulators, these devices can be used to easily control pressure in a process based on an automated signal from a PLC or process computer. They use two servo valves (a 'push' valve and a 'vent' valve) to precisely control pressure as measured by an internal or external pressure sensor. (Learn how electronic pressure regulators work)
Proportion-Air pioneered the use of proportional valve modulation to minimize pressure oscillations in precision applications. The MPV/QPV regulators are ideal for controlling Equilibar's precision back pressure and vacuum regulators.
When purchased through Equilibar for this purpose, these MPV/QVP regulators are specially tuned for high performance right out of the box, saving you time on system set-up and tuning.
