Equilibar introduces a new type of back pressure regulator with more than 5X the flow stability of traditional spring regulators. The dome-loaded design precisely matches your process pressure to a set-point pressure signal, even through widely varying flow rates.
The characteristics of this product are so unique that it is opening up new classes of fluid control applications.
This technology can be readily applied to pressures down to 0.02 psig. Common pipe sizes are from 1/8" to 3".
Our new Instrument Series back pressure regulators can handle pressure up to 5000 psig with gas flow rates down below 1 ml/min and Valve Coefficients (Cv) down to 1E-8.
