The chart below demonstrates what is most unique about the Equilibar® back pressure regulator. The chart shows virtually flat-line pressure stability across over 6 orders of flow rate magnitude. By using several different diaphragms, the same regulator body can also be used to control pressures from less than 0.1 psig to above 1000 psig.
